An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, highly organised and dedicated individual to join the University of Liverpool¿s triple-accredited Management School (ULMS).

You will be joining a highly motivated and professional team of 18 Student Experience Administrators, who provide administrative support relating to both assessment and programme administration to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the School.

This is a busy, varied and central role in the team, which will offer you experience of being involved in key elements of the student journey, including assessments (not just end of semester exams
- coursework submissions, mid-terms etc too), student registration, module selection, module / programme changes, graduation and classification. If you¿re looking for a student facing role with experience of a broad range of key points in a student¿s Liverpool journey, you¿ve found the right role All colleagues in the team work closely together, focusing on either undergraduate or postgraduate programmes and full support and training are provided as the academic cycle progresses through the year.


ULMS is one of the largest Schools in the University, with over 5000 undergraduate and postgraduate students from an international and diverse background, as well as c.200 academic staff teaching across 35 programmes of study.

That¿s a lot of students, but as every student journey is different, so your contribution to the team in ensuring that every student¿s experience is a positive one, will really matter.
