Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start- Temporary role based in Bury
About Our Client:
Our client is a religious organisation located in Greater Manchester who are committed to making a positive impact on local communities. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
The key responsibilities of an Administrator
will include, but may not be limited to;**- Monitoring the expiry/ renewal dates of checks.
- Record certificate numbers and dates on the database.
- Maintain records of recruiters within parishes.
- Administer the DBS checks.
- Answer call and transfer to appropriate departments.
- Assist with meeting room bookings.
- Greet visitors and ensure singing in processes are followed.
- Organise internal and external events.
The Successful Applicant:
- Background within Not for Profit and Charities desirable.
- Proven work history in Administrator / Receptionist role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written skills.
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and complying with data protection laws.
