Position Overview
Based in London, the Pricing Analyst will join the Brand Positioning team to be part of a very dynamic cross-brand and cross-channel function, embedded within International Buying, Planning and Sales Operations.
The Pricing Analyst will be the key contact on any price related matters, holding the necessary business knowledge on the topic to help and guide various teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform operational price activities to ensure correct price positioning, holistic accuracy & alignment
- Analyze pricing data (internal and external) to provide insights, trends and recommendations
- Monitor currency fluctuations and FX rates and recommend price adjustments as necessary
- Influence pricing tactics and strategies
- Maintain, improve and adapt price performance monitoring tools
- Manage local new price setting, exception requests & communication with relevant stakeholders
- Suggest process and operational improvements
- Analyze and assess impact of potential price changes
- Support teams on any price related topic
- 2+ years of experience in Planning, Merchandising, Pricing, or similar role
- Critical thinker & creative problemsolver
- Selfstarter; highly motivated and organized
- Attention to detail; able to maintain good accuracy levels
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners
- Thrives in a fastpaced & dynamic environment
- High level of computer literacy (intermediate / advanced level Excel)
- Fluent in English
