Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain a call plan (road and video based) against existing customers based on yearly performance spend and potential.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers against their unique requirements
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, competition and required product development on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure any quality complaints are submitted to the quality procedure.
  • Ensuring data integrity of the CRM system and that the required information is tracked within the system.
  • Identification and focus on key target customers for division.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience of sales and management is key, you'll be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to confidently drive sales performance in the field.
  • A high level of numeracy is required with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
  • A high degree of computer literacy required
  • Disciplined selfstarter with the ability to manage own time.
  • Proven record of prioritisation / meeting deadlines in a busy, fastpaced business environment.
  • Experience with people development, leadership, integrity
