We have an exciting opportunity for a
Credit Control Team Leader to join our Retail Finance team in Cardiff.

It is not essential that you have previous experience within Credit Control, but you must be able to positively demonstrate your ability to motivate and drive a successful team.

Responsibilities will include -

  • Support, motivate and develop a team of Credit Controllers
  • Carry out regular 121s and set objectives
  • Promote and advocate for a supportive coaching culture
  • Ensure team engagement and the prompt resolution of performance concerns
  • Make sure the team targets are known and met
  • Personally oversee several key customer accounts
  • Progress legal action as appropriate
  • Attend company policy making and strategy meetings
