Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team.

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our Residents, visitors, and property.

This is a vital role in ensuring the overall safety and protection this residential site.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and prevent unauthorized access
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries or concerns
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and security
Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Perform first aid or emergency response procedures as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role
Familiarity with emergency response procedures
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or related fields are a plus

Pay:
£10.74-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
