Really exciting time to join our fast growing Healthcare and Rehabilitation company supporting people back to wellness after injury and illness.

This role will support the Internal Recruiter and wider Human Resources team with activities relating to the attraction, hiring and retention of new talent for all areas of the business as we continue our growth trajectory.

You will liaise with line managers and business heads to understand their needs, and you will then coordinate the process from start to finish.

This role is being offered initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business and understanding business needs
  • Assist the Internal Recruiter with all recruitment related activities and co
- ordinate the onboarding of new starters into the business.

  • Devising recruitment strategies to increase efficiency and reduce cost of the recruitment process
  • Creating engaging and relevant job descriptions
  • Developing HCML's "Employer Brand"

Essential Skills:


Essential skills/experience:

  • At least 1 years experience in agency recruitment or as an internal recruiter, handling high volume recruitment
  • Knowledge of different ATS systems, confident using LinkedIn and other recruitment/talent attraction channels.
  • Knowledge of psychometric and aptitude testing
  • Excellent communication skills, able to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Experience of recruitment in the healthcare, insurance or medicolegal sectors.
  • Has experience organizing external recruitment networking events e.g University careers fairs
  • CIPD or similar HR qualification
