_We're looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team._
We are proudly and actively anti-racist and as such, you are expected to drive the anti-racism agenda forward.


We have a full time position available where flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as shifts will be spread across days, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.


About us:

Our Hostels are aimed at supporting people coming out of hospital following an admission due to mental health.


We provide recovery-focused support in a home environment to ensure our clients have the best quality of life, achieve their personal goals and move on to live more independently.


About you:

You're proactive, keen to try new things and have a real passion to make things better, every day. You'll have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient person.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Can build strong and good relationships
  • Are empathic, understanding and have a sense of humour
  • Have a keen interest in supporting people
  • Have some knowledge of mental health
