Friday - Monday shifts available over the weekend upto 25 hours per week

£20,319 pro rata

To succeed in this role, you will be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service to our customers.

In addition, to providing exemplary customer service, you will have previous experience dealing with challenging conversations, while maintaining a professional and adaptable communication style.

While industry experience is a benefit, it is not essential as we will provide you with full training and support when you start with us.

Although this position is working from home, you must be in commutable distance to our Colchester office as you will be required to attend the first few weeks of day time training in the office before you can work from home.

Accountabilities:

Reviewing policies to correctly determine how to move forward with their claim
Reviewing data to set up new claims, appointing contractors
Composing informative letters and other written correspondence to policyholders
Ensuring claims are updated with any changes on internal system.
Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements
Managing and reviewing diaries in a timely manner

Ability to delivering outcomes in a fastpaced environment
Capable to effectively communicate both written and verbal
Proven experience working as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skill
Efficient administrative skills
Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic
Polite and courteous phone manner
