In this Trainee Accountant role, you will be joining a boutique accountancy firm that helps provide independent financial consulting and corporate management services in London.

They work with startup companies that have made it to the stock exchange, with a range of clients from E-Sports to CBD They provide these clients with personalised and bespoke financial services and hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities - Trainee Accountant

In this Trainee Accountant role, your responsibilities will include:_
Assisting the Finance Manager with a portfolio of clients
Client bookkeeping financial reports and accounts
Preparation of budgets, cash flows, and capital forecasts
Liaise with public relations & investor relations advisors
Administering offshore holding companies and corporate structures
Company secretarial work setting board meetings, liaising with company solicitors on compliance issues
Treasury management and administration

Job requirements - Trainee Accountant

A degree from university
Finance or Accounting degrees are beneficial but not essential
Desire to gain professional accounting qualifications, e.g. ACCA
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Flexible and adaptable, happy to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience in a Junior Finance or Accounting role is beneficial but not essential
