What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Produce Vehicle debt spreadsheet and chase debts daily
  • Maintain fair relationships with Fleet customers and manufacturer's
  • Ensure customers do not exceed limits and payment terms
Produce other reports for management

  • Ensuring all allocated site cash posting has been completed daily
  • Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control policy
  • Chasing to recover aged debt on allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control policy
  • Sending monthly statements for allocated debtor accounts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external customers to aid debt recovery

Who Are We Looking for?

  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Strong Excel/Data Inputting skills
  • A proactive and driven attitude
  • Natural problem solving skills
  • The ability to multi task
  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • A positive, right first time attitude
  • A team player mentality
Previous Motor Trade experience would be a distinct advantage for this role.

Working hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch

Would consider 30 hours per week dependant on experience.
