How does working for an award winning construction/engineering organisation sound? The company in question have a brand new job opportunity they've created for a scheduling coordinator to join the busy department.

Although previous experience is preferable, we'd also look at previous work history were you have to multitask on a day to day basis.

Job duties:

  • Plan correct work schedule is completed with the correct SLA's
  • Ensure all jobs are attended
  • Consistently updating information on the systems
  • Flagging all jobs received with the correct action

To apply:

  • Ideally previous scheduling, helpdesk or facilities management experience however would consider telephone based experience and ability to multitask
  • Good communicator both written and verbally
