We have partnered with a prestigious University based in London who are looking for an EA to support their University Secretary.

This role is a temporary position but could go permanent for the right person.


The Role:


As the Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing proactive, high-level, and confidential administrative and project support.

This includes expertly managing the diary, coordinating meetings, and handling secretarial duties. You'll collaborate with the Support Team, ensuring efficient support across multiple members of the executive team. Your responsibilities extend to administrative support, project coordination, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
