TEAM


Kennedys' Serious and Catastrophic Injury team is a Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked team handling large loss and catastrophic injury claims for a range of clients arising out of motor, EL and PL accidents.

The team handles cases of the utmost severity including brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injury, severe psychiatric injury, chronic pain and loss of senses across insurers, self-insureds organisations and third party administrators.

CASES

  • All aspects of personal injury claims up to and assisting on Complex, highvalue personal injury and coverage claims.
  • Motor liability covering defendant claims

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 12+ years' with the relevant experience
  • Litigation experience of personal injury defence work
  • Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
  • Previous client contact
