Facilities Assistant - Ongoing temporary basis

£12.84 hour

Maidstone

Our client is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team.

  • Monitoring the facilities inbox and taking phone calls
  • Monitor calendar and book contractors for routine maintenance and servicing.
  • Arrange for adhoc contractors for repairs etc.
  • Maintaining statutory information
  • Arrange for waste removal
  • Fire alarm, door release and emergency light testing
  • Filing and record keeping
