Amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about 'customer service's, and loves liaising with clients on the telephone. This role comes with training and is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within customer services. You will join a lovelyteam, and training will be provided. The role involves; managing inbound calls, handling customer queries and finding solutions.

Must be passionate about customer services, with proven experience of managing incoming calls and problem solving. Must be highly organised and have a practical and logical mind. Will be a Team player, and someone who is keen and enthusiastic to learn. Youwill be personable, professional, positive and highly organised
