About the Role:
We know that Customer Service is not always plain sailing, but we've got a great team here ready to support and train you.
You will be working within our Corporate team and you will be involved in end to end management of a customer's journey through consultation, data entry and implementation.
Full training will be given on the company's database.What will set you apart in this role is the ability to understand the desired outcome for our customers.
Case Advisor Requirements:
- Good communication
- Good computer skills/Microsoft office
- Experience in customer service
- Diplomacy and tact
- Enthusiastic and effective team member.
