JOB TITLE:
Receptionist - Part Temp (12 hrs per week)


LOCATION:
Brighton


HOURS:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 10am - 2pm


DURATION:
Temporary - Ongoing


PAY RATE:
£12 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits


Key responsibilities within your role would be:

  • You will be working as a receptionist and resident assistant for a housing company
  • You will be answering the phone, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages
  • You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring visitors and residences are looked after in the open areas
  • Weekly testing of fire alarm testing. Record and Monthly testing of Emergency Lights.

Experience and skills required:


  • Excellent customer service
  • Customer Focused, with a warm and welcoming manner
  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organised
  • Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance
  • Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
  • Understand handling confidential information
  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
