This role can be based at any of our office locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, London, Manchester or York.


You will manage the casework associated with the suspension and withdrawal of train driving licences and act as the first point of contact with operators and the team on any matters relating to suspension or withdrawal.

You will also lead ORR's work on the suspension and withdrawal of train driving licences in line with ORR's policy and process.


At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and we are currently expected to work from our designated office a minimum of two days per week.

The salary range for this role in our regions outside London is £30,309-£31,691.

The salary range for this role in London is £34,317-£35,666.

This role can be full-time, part-time, flexible working or job share.
