Support the Customer eXperience strategy by providing consistent, seamless and standardised end to end process journey, utilising technologies (existing and new) to ensure a responsive service aligned to changing customer needs.
Ensure the Procurement team functions & operates in line with the strategic business plans set by the Chief Operating Officer / Supply Chain Director.
Responsibility for a targeted set of Vendors & Technologies, working with senior team members to continuously evolve and improve sourcing strategies, ensuring XMA achieves best value.
Build a working knowledge on all 'Buying lines', collaborating with other team members to understand key elements across the Vendors/Technologies, and leading knowledge share in owned lines.
Build pro-active relationships with Tier 1 suppliers (and others as relevant), contributing to Procurement's Supplier Relationship Management.
Ensure On-Time, In-Full deliveries wherever possible, excellent Customer Experience when issues arise, plus deliver bottom-line savings where negotiation is available.
Contribute to strategic projects as necessary, providing input and constructive feedback as relevant to support their successKey Responsibilities Include:

- To be considered for this opportunity, you will need the following skills and experiences:
Ø Previous experience of a commercial procurement team including working towards team objectives and targets
Ø Outstanding communication and able to influence at all levels
Ø Strong Relationship management both with internal customers, stakeholders & suppliers
Ø Experience of using Procurement / Buying Management software
Ø Methodical approach to Procurement and buying
Ø Work as part of the larger commercial / sales procurement teams
Ø Ability to work to deadlines
Ø Efficient organisational and influencing skills at all levels
Ø Good negotiating skills
Ø Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach
Ø Work as part of a virtual team as well as working independently
Ø Demonstrates commercial acumen
Ø Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
