£21 per hour

About Us:

We are a well-established construction company operating in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

With a commitment to delivering excellence in every project, we are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced Groundworkers with Dumper and Roller operation skills to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting various groundwork activities including excavation, drainage installation, and road construction.
Operating Dumpers and Rollers safely and efficiently to transport materials and compact surfaces.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Working collaboratively with the team to achieve project objectives.
Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS or CPCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme or Construction Plant Competence Scheme).
Previous experience in groundworks and operating Dumpers and Rollers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Streetworks card advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
