Description

Do you have experience of working in a rewards loyalty program within retail or hospitality? If the answer is yes then we've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our marketing team as loyalty and CRM specialist on an 18 month FTC.

Working with partnersin the UK Marketing team and the EMEA Regional Loyalty team, you'll be responsible for the execution of the direct digital engagement and communications plan.


To be successful for the role, you'll have previous experience in marketing, consumer products or loyalty programs, with an expertise in the selection, management and building of successful relationships with third parties.

Your knowledge of loyalty andCRM programs are essential to support us in driving our customer engagement through planning, coordinating and executing campaigns and always-on initiatives.

You'll also have a data mindset to look for insights and opportunities for future campaigns.

As our loyalty and CRM specialist, you'll get involved in:

  • Supporting in the delivery, measurement and tracking of CRM and marketing media activity to drive awareness and acquisition of new members to our loyalty program in the UK
  • The execution of effective early engagement, delivering CRM incentivebased campaigns, working in collaboration with the analytics and insights team to deliver personalized offers using member segmentation tools
  • Supporting and encouraging members to improve their engagement through the use of effective incentives and retaining members throughout the year
  • Briefing local agencies and coordinating the execution of campaigns
  • Supporting on the management and deliverables of key partnerships
  • Supporting with new product and technology launches across our CRM and loyalty app
