Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a positive impact on someone's life? We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide personalised support and care for a young woman with complex care needs.

Meet Our Service User


Our service user is 19 years old who lives with her family in Stevenage and requires support throughout the day and evening.

She loves getting out and about attending concerts, events, and nights out on the weekend socialising with her friends.

Spending time on social media is one of her favourite things to do such as watching and making TikTok videos, she also loves to take pride in her appearance by getting her hair and makeup done.

We are looking for dedicated and committed individuals who will engage with her in all her social activities.

During the day you will assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support and attend to her clinical care needs when needed.


We are looking for our team to have fluent communication skills and anticipate her wants and needs to her best interests as she uses her iPad and sounds/gestures to communicate.

We believe in fostering meaningful connections, building trust, and promoting a sense of belonging for our service user.

We are looking for our caregivers to be friendly, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about making a positive difference in her life.


A UK Driving Licence is an essential for this position

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration
  • UK Driving Licence

Desirable Experience

  • Cerebral Palsy awareness

We have the following shifts available;

  • Full Time & Part Time 25 shifts per week
  • Days & Evenings
  • 9.30am 6.30pm
  • 6:30pm pm

We are looking for someone who is flexible with their working hours

Take a look at our payrates

Weekdays:
£15.00 per hour (£135 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Weekends:
£17.00 per hour (£153 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Bank Holiday £21.00 per hour (£189 approx. per 9-hour shift)
