We are currently looking for a Night Concierge to join us in a residential development based in Southwest London (SW1)


A Concierge's position is largely customer focused and requires a high calibre and proactive individual to provide a welcoming, courteous, and polite reception to all residents and maintain the high standards of the residential developments at all times.


Ideally, you'll have the following experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience providing excellent levels of customer care
  • Awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet the residents and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk.
  • Constantly strive for continuous improvement.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information, dealing with issues and queries with utmost professionalism.
  • To be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling daytoday matters in a prompt and professional manner. Occasional, decisionmaking and problemsolving in the absence of supervision will be required, given the circumstances of the role.
  • To carry out security inspections and operations as required.
  • To assist in the required on site duties and provide excellent concierge services as prescribed by Property Manager.
  • To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am

£25,000
