Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Registrations Coordinator to join our client based in Marlow with hybrid working available after probation period.


The successful Registrations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Project set up including online registration system frameworks
  • Delegating registration and logistics management
  • Managing hotel rooming list in line with contract deadlines
  • Budget tracking and management for accommodation and travel
  • Ensuring bookings and arrangements reflect client policies and regulatory limits

The Registrations Coordinator will have:

  • Knowledge of the CVENT registration system
  • Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Highly driven to provide excellent customer service
  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to travel widely, and enthusiasm for international travel
