Following an impressive period of growth over the last 2 years, and with ambitious development plans over the next 2 to 3 years, the Company now requires an articulate, commercially aware Finance Manager who will support the business to take the next stepto bring this to life.

Working closely with their highly engaging and supportive Head of Finance, this newly created role will suit an experienced, commercially astute finance professional who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholdersas well as having a 'hands-on' mentality.

The successful applicant will take responsibility for managing all aspects of financial control, compliance and mentoring the finance team.

You will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process, group reporting and consolidations, managing theaudit process and liaison with external stakeholders.

You will have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build solid relationships. Strong IT skills and advanced excel are essential for this role.
