Day to day duties will include:

  • Updating repairs tickets on the CRM
  • Backdating tickets to ensure completion of jobs
  • Booking in appointments with tenants
  • Updating spreadsheets, databases and inputting data
  • Raising POs & paying invoices
  • Uploading certificates
  • General administration duties
  • Administration experience
  • Strong IT skills
