Day to day duties will include:
- Updating repairs tickets on the CRM
- Backdating tickets to ensure completion of jobs
- Booking in appointments with tenants
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and inputting data
- Raising POs & paying invoices
- Uploading certificates
- General administration duties
- Administration experience
- Strong IT skills
