Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff are looking for an amazing Teaching Assistant to work in schools across RCT, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with students as well as work 1-1 with them.

We provide lots of training, should you need it before stepping into this role, with plenty of CPD Courses to offer.

We also have our in-house TA School which provides you with all things TA, making you fully equipped to enter the classroom.

In this role, you are required to:

work 1-1 with children, ensuring they reach maximum potential

- creating learning resources
- checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
- prepare the classroom before lessons

The school pushes each student to reach and exceed their maximum potential, constantly praising each student when reaching their goals.

The school is extremely accessible with a bus stop nearby as well as parking.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must have the following:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, EWC, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history wherever possible
