£30,000 pa - negotiable


Halo Recruitment are working with a fantastic client based in the Fareham area who are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by continuous improvement andresolving issues


The role - You will ultimately be the bridge between the company and the customer - you will ensure complete satisfaction by providing fantatsic customer service aswell as being the point of contact for external clients.


  • To have overall responsibility for managing and monitoring Customer Service, ensuring appropriate actions are taken, following an escalation process, and reporting accurately on progress, trends and improvement recommendations, both to external suppliersand internal management
  • Responsible for the monitoring, logging, progress, and resolution of 'Customer' / 'Supplier' complaints within our contractual obligations, whilst ensuring we adhere to Conduct and Customer
  • Work with key stakeholders and Customers both internal and external
  • To monitor and evaluate the data held within thedatabase, ensuring trends are highlighted to the appropriate internal Manager and to escalate issues to senior management within agreed timescales
  • To produce weekly, monthly statistics
  • All other operational duties as required

Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
