Customer Service Executive:
A full-time vacancy has arisen for the role of Customer Service Executive on a permanent contract. The role will involve being fully responsible for the efficient and effective administration of selected existing and potential accounts.
A few of the main responsibilities of this role include:
Customer Service Excellence
- Putting the customer at the centre;
- Have a strong desire of Excellence;
- Providing the highest levels of service from the business and organisations;
- Being proactive and being a decision maker.
Order administration:
- Enter all orders into SAP within 24H;
- Acknowledge all orders to the customers within 48H;
- Keep the pricing log up to date;
- Materials and special instruction documents are to be kept up to date and should be checked prior to entering orders;
- Make sure the stock sheets (excel documents) have thorough instructions for any account that follows especial or unusual procedures;
- Keep the stock sheet up to date at all times;
- Ensure digital and physical filing is kept uptodate to ensure documents are easily found.
Complaint system
- All claims are to be entered into the system within 24H and the notification letter to be sent to the customer within 24H;
- An investigation response is to be sent to the customer within 4 weeks of the date the Impact was initiated;
- Chase the relevant teams to ensure each impact response is sent on a timely manner.
Account Management
- Campaign Calendars to be issued to the relevant customers on a regular basis;
- Customers are to be updated on current lead times and order delays;
- Finished goods will be reviewed by the CSE on a monthly basis and an action plan must be put in place for all Finished Goods over 90 days old;
- Identify any potential cost savings.
Experience and Competencies:
- Experience of working in Customer Service;
- Ability to communicate at all levels;
- Flexibility towards change;
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills;
- Time Management and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge and level of Excel and SAP;
- French language desirable
