Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic graduate seeking a rewarding opportunity in the field of education? We are currently seeking multiple SEND Teaching Assistants to join our highly regarded Primary School in Harrow.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to teachers and students, creating a positive learning environment.

This position offers valuable experience and the chance to make a difference in students' lives. Additionally, there is potential for fully funded teacher training in the academic year 2023/2024.

Responsibilities:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.

Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.

Implementing individualized education plans and supporting students with diverse abilities.

Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.

Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Emotional intelligence and the ability to support a diverse range of pupils.
