Customer Service Advisor/Bodyshop Advisor required for a leading accident and repair centre based in Warrington.
As a Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Dealing with high volume calls
  • Booking customer vehicles in for repair
  • Liaising with insurance companies and uploading the insurance claim to the bodyshop system
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles
  • Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles
  • Organising transport drivers daily work schedule
  • Checking in/out customers and courtesy vehicles
Up to £24,000 basic depending on experience.

This is a full-time permanent position, working alternate weeks 8am to 5.00pm & 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
