Title:
Customer Success Executive - Full Time, Permanent


Salary:
£29k

Hybrid working - 3 days a week in Lambeth & 2 days working from home/Milton Keynes office


Duties:


  • Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved without queries each week
  • Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
  • Provide training support to customers
  • Committed to achieving the right outcomes for customers
  • Ensure all key performance targets are met and working with Business Managers to achieve the customer's commercial targets
  • Committed to providing worldclass service to customers and achieving the highest scores in customer satisfaction measures, following up on feedback when necessary
  • Other adhoc tasks as required

Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with people over the phone and face to face
  • Comfortable working on your own and ability to multitask
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Hours: 07:00am - 15:45pm Monday-Friday
