Customer Success Executive - Full Time, Permanent
Salary:
£29k
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in Lambeth & 2 days working from home/Milton Keynes office
Duties:
- Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved without queries each week
- Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
- Provide training support to customers
- Committed to achieving the right outcomes for customers
- Ensure all key performance targets are met and working with Business Managers to achieve the customer's commercial targets
- Committed to providing worldclass service to customers and achieving the highest scores in customer satisfaction measures, following up on feedback when necessary
- Other adhoc tasks as required
Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with people over the phone and face to face
- Comfortable working on your own and ability to multitask
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
