Bolton's respected, state-of the art private hospital is looking for a dedicated, Registered Preassessment Nurse to join its friendly and supportive team.

This modern hospital provides high-quality treatment across a range of elective surgical procedures to adults.

You will support in assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a varied caseload meaning no two days will be the same.

If you are a Registered Nurse who can own your role, with Preassessment experience and you are a leader who has a natural drive and is a good logical thinker then this is the role for you.

Duties:

Delivering excellent patient care to presurgical patients.
To ensure that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures.
Working to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users.
As a skilled member of the nursing team promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all patients, employees and visitors.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care.
Prepare and maintain clinical records of patient care, with reference to Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) standards for records and record keeping.
Conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Codes of professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Requirements:

Be NMC registered
2 years' experience in a RGN role is ideal
A passion for leadership and staff development
Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
Strong communication skills
