- Shift patterns**Cherry Professional is currently supporting one of their long standing clients in Grantham with a temporary requirement for a
Facitlities Administrator on a short term temporary basis. There is a chance this role could be extended but applicants must be aware there is a requirement for 2 weeks initially.
Facilities Administrator is a multiskilled role, with most of the team covering a mix of
administrative, front of house, and basic maintenance tasks
Ideal Person
A competent
admin person who is confident with Outlook, Office 365, is happy to be front of house and deal with staff and visitors, courier deliveries etc.
Need to be able to help manage the communal inbox, book rooms and desks as required on our back of house booking system (basic training will be provided).
Be prepared to be a key-holder and to be shown the basics of unlocking the building and locking up at the end of the dayShift patterns for this role are 7.30am to 4pm (early shift), 8am to 4.30pm, 10am to 6.30pm (late shift). Monday to Friday on a rotating basis.
