Quality Systems Change Coordinator

Peopleforce Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Quality Systems Change Coordinator to join a leading Medical Diagnostics business. This position will provide an opportunity to take ownership for Change Management processes on a site-wide basis.


The Quality Systems Change Coordinator will lead the completion of all Change Management projects, whilst assuring compliance and quality at all times.


In addition, they will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the initiation, processing and completion of Change Management records in the electronic system in conjunction with the Document Control team
  • Leading meetings and communications for Change Management updates, information, and concerns, including chairing site Change Review Board
  • Communicating confidently and effectively with all levels of management, peers and key stakeholders within the business and escalating quality issues when necessary
  • Supporting the Quality team in the delivery and oversight of the Change Management training program
  • Acting as the sitewide interface for change management between internal and external parties
  • Degree in science related field or relevant experience within the Diagnostics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Quality Systems management
  • Project Management and Reporting skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Electronic Document Management (EDM) Systems
  • Fully proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


This role is initially being recruited on a long-term contract basis and is very likely to become a permanent position in the future.


Job Types:

From £28,000.00 per year
