My client is looking to recruit a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator to work out of their main office in South Liverpool.
Key duties will include:
handling customer queries, managing order processing, liaising with Sales Managers and communicating with other internal departments.
You will also be expected to complete any other ad-hoc administration tasks as well as building relationships and keeping up to date with any new product information.
The salary for this role is £24,000 per annum.**- To deal with enquiries from customers by providing details on products, samples and prices.
- Provide sales support for the team, incorporating all administrative elements and contact.
- Update spreadsheets as and when required.
Person Specification:
- Strong communicator who's fluent in German
- Previous experience in Client Support, Customer Service, Administration, Retail, Hospitality etc.
- Organised and professional
