Teaching Assistant - Richmond


We have a great opportunity to join a primary school in Richmond as a Teaching Assistant to support children with their educational studies has become available.

This is a fulltime position from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.


Previous experience within a school setting as a Teaching Assistant is not essential but you will ideally have previous experience working with children in some capacity.

The Role:


  • Help teacher with setting up and tidying up classrooms as a Teaching Assistant
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment and follow safeguarding procedures as a Teaching Assistant
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to across different classrooms to support pupils with their learning and development
  • Able to work 1:1 and in small group settings with SEN pupils as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Supervise group activities, including outings and sports events as a Teaching Assistant

Available to work Immediately & fulltime Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm:

  • Previous experience with children as a Teaching Assistant is ideal but you must have experience with children in some form of capacity
  • You will have sensitivity and understanding for building good relationships with children as a Teaching Assistant
  • Willing to be flexible and open to change when working on different activities as a Teaching Assistant

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
