Your Purpose

  • As a Resource Planner working within our market leading Customer Technical Service Team, you'll be responsible for the planning and operational management of our field engineer team. Our brilliant and capable engineers cover the UK and Ireland responsible for the service, installation and maintenance of the equipment that dispenses our superb brands.
  • You'll expertly balance customer expectations and engineer capacity to ensure service levels are maintained. With training of course, you will also have to price and cost additional maintenance works and projects.
  • In a typical day, you understand your engineer resource requirements and adapt things accordingly to customer demand. You'll need to be an effective communicator as it's ever changing where you have to respond to service escalations.
    About You
  • We'd love to hear from experienced customer service professionals or administrators with previous experience in a similar role. You'll have well developed data analysis skills, be a brilliant communicator, have the ability to prioritize and be competent in a variety of IT systems.
  • Applicants with operational planning experience or managing a mobile workforce to deliver activity will be preferred however it's not essential.
