Podium Recruitment is on the lookout for Trainee Claims Handlers to work within a major insurance company in Egerton. You will be well rewarded with a starting salary of up to £22k and benefits including industry-relevant qualifications (CII). This will befunded up to diploma level as you move through the structured progression path.
As a Claims Handler, you will take all claims details (FNOL) and determine liability. You will also recover a client's vehicle and arrange replacement credit hire following an RTA.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Take all claims details (FNOL) and determine liability
  • Allocate repairers and engineers as appropriate
  • Allocate destinations for salvage and chase total loss payments/CIL
  • Recover uninsured losses as appropriate.


You will be rewarded with a salary of £19,838 - £22,000 and an excellent benefits package in return for your skill and commitment.
