Responsibilities:
- Support the financial advisors in delivering financial planning services to clients
- Prepare and maintain client files, including data entry and document management
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role within the financial planning sector
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
