We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join the Customer Acquisition team. We are responsible for growing the Riverford customer database through online and offline channels.

We work closely with our media agency (based in London) who run our online media channels as well as managing in-house our national Face to Face sales team.

We are a new team and have plans to expand beyond this into areas such as partnerships, enhancing our refer a friend programme, and a muti channel approach to reactivating lapsed customers.

You will learn how to support all growth activities to acquire new customers, drive lead generation, build partnerships, and enhance referrals, reactivations and ultimately conversions.

You will collaborate with peers within the wider Commercial and Brand department for activities such as creative development, range insight, digital product updates and customer experience plans.

We are primarily looking for someone with a good understanding of digital marketing who is keen to expand their knowledge and experience to broader acquisition marketing through new and existing channels at Riverford.
