Customer Relations Officer (12 Month FTC) -Stratford or Sidcup (Hybrid Working) - £26,000 to £28,500 per annum
My client, a successful and renowned Housing Association, are actively seeking a Customer Relations Officer on a 12 Month FTC to join their team in either Stratford or Sidcup.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and supportive team working on stage 2 complaints, where you will be the point of contact for customers to listen to their complaints and investigate further to find a resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be caring, understanding, empathetic and be able to produce letters to a very high standard including a full review of your investigation.
You will also need to have a confident approach to review escalated cases,as you will need to challenge decisions that may have already been agreed from other business areas.

Duties:
- Provide high quality service to tenants
- Manage Stage 2 escalations via thorough and impartial reviews
- Identify complaint trends using complaints and feedback and make recommendations for service improvements in systems, procedures and people
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, promoting and representing the firm including with Housing Ombudsman Service and other Housing organisations
- Authorised spend up to agreed levels to resolve complains
- Comply with complaints process, H&S, regulatory and governance rules
- Maintain up to date records and systems
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a demanding, public facing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to develop and influence relationships at all levels
- Great attention to detail with ability to produce accurate reports
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Intermediate IT skills and use of MS Office packages
Salary:
£26,000 to £28,500 per annum
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (1/2 days in the office, 3/4 days at home)
