Fully remote working (office is in Birmingham)

Qualification required for this role**:
ICorr Level 4
Be a Professional Member of Institute of Corrosion. Certified BS EN 15257 CP Level 4 in Reinforced Concrete and Marine Metallic Structures.

Job Description:


Using your technical and delivery skills, you will be responsible for delivering cathodic protection design packages for large range of projects including rehabilitation of reinforced concrete bridges, buildings and marine structures.

Your duties will includesupporting the management of both individual design packages and entire projects to ensure our schemes are delivered profitably, to programme, and in accordance with clients quality assurance systems.


Expected Criteria
The role requires a balance of relevant industry experience, technical ability and communication skills


Expected criteria are:
Minimum 5 years experience in specifying, design and monitoring of cathodic protection systems
Ability to evaluate concrete test data and produce feasibility and cathodic protection optioneering report
Experience of working with key clients such as Local Authorities and National Highways
Sufficient experience to undertaken check and technical reviews of cathodic protection designs
Good understanding of relevant design standards (e.g.?BS EN 12696, DMRB, MCHW, BS EN ISO 13174 and BS EN 12496)
Ability to show initiative and examples of creativity
Ability to work collaboratively in a complex matrix structure?
Ability to support bids and tenders
Excellent spoken and written English
