We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day installations of large commercial glazing facade projects across the Midlands.

The role is based from the company's offices near Cannock but will involve site visits throughout the region.

The role requires high levels of organisation and managerial skills, to ensure all projects are carried out to the highest standard and in a timely and efficient way.

You will regularly be dealing with main contractors and must have the experience and abilityto manage and deliver large scale contracts.

It is essential you have experience working with main contractors and developers and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in managing and motivating multiple installation teams.

This position ultimately oversees the day-to-day operations of thefacade and window installation division.

Key responsibilities include

Ability to project manage large commercial glazing install projects
Allocating work to multiple installation teams
Dealing with customer queries and issues
Ensuring H&S compliance
Management reporting

Essential skills required
