Wise May are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive for an extremely busy and growing Legal business in the City of London.

To work closely with the Head of BD & Marketing, Marketing Manager, Chief Operating Officer and clerking teams to execute the business marketing strategy.

The role involves all aspects of domestic and international marketing including communications, events, branding and PR.

As part of a team of three, the Marketing Executive role has a particular focus on administrative tasks such as keeping client records up to date, design tasks for printed collateral and digital marketing, and event organisation.

Duties include:

Events Organisation
Website and Digital Communications
Database and recordkeeping
Internal Communication
Brand/Profile
Pupillage Marketing
Marketing Administration

Skills Required:

Have at least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualifications, plus a minimum of five GSCEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above (to include Mathematics and English).
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build both strong internal and external relationships.
Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work to a deadline.
Demonstrate attention to detail and accurate spelling and grammar.
Be a team player who is also able to work unsupervised and under pressure.
Be creative and have a keen eye for detail.
Be able to demonstrate a positive attitude in challenging circumstances.
Be able discreetly to handle confidential information.
