Daytime (4 on 4 off) - 06:30-18:30

To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach
To support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards
Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them including communication to new hires
Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team

Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Experience of leading a team
Can do, passion and right first time attitude
Ability to deliver results under stress
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to drive Standards within the direct team
Act indepently without direct supervision
