Are you a technical writer, responding to tenders and bids? Do you have a broad knowledge of IT Managed Services?
You will have demonstrable experience working within the pre-sales / bid lifecycle, authoring and editing / re-editing content to provide compelling customer specific reply that will prove Version 1's credibility and capability to deliver.
You may already be working in a technical capacity within a Managed Service environment and enjoy working on pre-sales opportunities and winning new project work.
Responsiblities:
- Writing, editing, and reworking responses for bids and presales.
- Rewriting existing content to improve and build on our managed service library.
- Producing clear content of varying lengths for bids, presales, Technical documents, Managed Service Processes, Approach and Methodology content, and service propositions.
- Adapting content to address different customer requirements in Managed Service scope areas.
- Analysing, absorbing, and adjusting large amounts of written and numerical content to deliver the above.
- Working with other Stakeholders to create content for customer and the business
Qualifications:
Essential Criteria
- Experience responding and writing for bids and presales (ITTs, Tenders, Bids, RFP, PQQs, RFIs, EOIs, Pre-Marketing Engagements).
- Broad understanding of one of more Managed Service areas (multitower managed service contracts, Application managed services, Service Desk, AWS, Azure, Apps Support, End User Workplace Services and Service Management).
- Ability to understand and summarise customer requirements
