About Us:

The Wayford Bridge Inn is well known for its exceptional service and comfortable rooms. Nestled in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Front-of-House Team Member to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is accustomed to the dynamics of a busy pub or restaurant environment.

Min 40 hours per week - Full Time Contract - Permanent or seasonal applicants considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Manage table reservations and efficiently handle guest seating.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the frontofhouse area.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a busy pub or restaurant setting.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A passion for hospitality and delivering highquality customer service.
