Our Administration department are located at our Head Office in Ipswich and cover all aspects of the after sales process for travel bookings, this is a varied role within a fast-paced environment allowing you to provide an effective customer service and accurately handle and process documentation.


Each booking is important to us, we are travel enthusiasts who value our customers and want nothing but the best service for them leading up to their holiday.

It is, therefore, our priority as an Administration team to have a keen eye for detail when cross checking bookings, using our initiative when problem solving and to always strive for the best outcome.


As the Apprentice Customer Service Administrator, you will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with a team of supportive individuals who are professionals and have a passion for the industry.

This position is a unique and exciting opportunity allowing an apprentice to gain knowledge and experience in Customer Service and Administration within the travel industry.


This is a full time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week, we ask that you are flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
